The 2009 Questionnaire was handed out at the 2009 SDSPLS Convention with 100 surveys being returned. The original survey was done in 1996 and the results were accumulated in a Design Paper by Kristi Goehring titled “A Feasibility Study Of A Four-Year Degree As The Educational Requirement For Registration As A Professional Land Surveyor In South Dakota.”
